ABOUT MSMS 2023

Welcome to the official website of the 4th International Symposium on Mechanics, Structures and Materials Science (MSMS 2023). We are pleased to invite you to participate in MSMS 2023. This conference will be held on March 30-31, 2023 in Tianjin, China. MSMS 2023 is sponsored by Northeastern Petroleum University, Asian Union of Information Technology, CCCC Second Harbour Engineering Company Ltd., Wuhan Xuerong Conference Co., Ltd.

The mechanics, structures and materials science is experiencing considerable growth a few years ago, which involve the development of new technology requiring multidisciplinary simulation. MSMS stimulates this growth by emphasizing fundamental advances that are relevant in dealing with problems of all length scales. The aim of MSMS 2023 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians, as well as industrial professionals, to present their research results and development activities in Mechanics, Structures and Materials Science. It provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

1. Requests for Submissions

A. Language

English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.

 

B. Presentation & Publication (Full paper)

Full paper is requested, if you are also considering publishing your paper. 

 

C. Oral Presentation Only (Abstract)

If you just want to make an oral presentation during MSMS 2023 without paper publication, then you can only submit an abstract.

 

D. Academic Ethics

Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:

1). Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.

2). Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)

3). Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.

4). Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”.

For accepted papers, one registration covers 4-6 pages including tables, figures and references, and additional pages will be charged at 50 USD or 200 RMB per Page.

Peer Review Process

---

By submitting a paper to MSMS, the authors agree to the review process and understand that papers undergo a peer-review process. Manuscripts will be reviewed by appropriately qualified experts in the field selected by the Conference Committee, who will give detailed comments and-if the submission gets accepted-the authors submit a revised version that takes into account this feedback. All papers are reviewed using a double-blind review process: authors declare their names and affiliations in the manuscript for the reviewers to see, but reviewers do not know each other's identities, nor do the authors receive information about who has reviewed their manuscript. The Committees of MSMS invest great efforts in reviewing the papers submitted to the conference and organizing the sessions to enable the participants to gain maximum benefit.
